Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original and unused condition along with all packaging. Please email info@trubeehill.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We require that your item is returned within 15 days of receiving your email.  Please note that all returns that do not meet the 15 day requirement for refund will only be considered for online store credit/exchange and no refund will be given. Upon receiving an email response from us, you have 15 days to ship your return.

Unless the item(s) was damaged in transit or defective, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments). Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

Items that appear used upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
